Fashion stores, sports wear, footwear, cosmetics, perfumery and souvenirs can all be found here, while the Alta Centre also hosts a massive supermarket, two department stores and a number of restaurants serv¬ing most styles of cuisine. What makes Alta worth visiting for the casual tourist perhaps is the gallery of Ukrainian fashion boutiques, where all the designers are local.
